a story lurks in every corner...

charm in the approach

got up today at 5am (very early for me ,cause i usually get up at around 7). dont know what happened, but simply my eyes were wide open and i was awake all of a sudden
and as i looked out of the open window,
i saw the morning sky, cloudy and sad but beautiful although .

i got up and went to the belcony and saw a rikshaw drive down the road below my flat. a gentle breeze was there and i felt the intoxication of the coming ''durga pooja'' (i've always felt a change in air , and everything around with the coming of the pooja)

however its the beauty of its approach that thrills me the most ; watching ppl anticipating what they will do during the pooja-days; what to eat; where to go; new cloths to buy and gift ;counting each day as it nears the 'mahalaya'; ........there is a romantic 'charm in the approach' of it as i would like to say.....

as i stood there and the morning breeze blew past me, i remembered
pooja is only a month away......
